COMUNICADO OFICIAL PARA PREVENCIÓN DEL CONTACTO POR CORONAVIRUS
Ante la actual situación sanitaria provocada por COVID-19 (coronavirus) y para poder mantener una atención veterinaria de calidad, continuada y segura para nuestros trabajadores y clientes hemos decidido tomar una serie de medidas:
- La atención es sólo con cita previa, llamando antes por teléfono
- Cuando acuda a esta clínica, por favor, ton solo UNA PERSONA POR ANIMAL. En caso de que acuda más personas deberán esperar fuera de la clínica.
- Al entrar/salir la clínica usar un gel desinfectante
- Pueden hacer pedidos de comida o medicamentos por teléfono
- Al pasar por recepción, mantenga distancia de seguridad de 1 METRO con la persona que le atienda
- Mientras espere en SALA DE ESPERA, mantenga una distancia de seguridad de 1 METRO ENTRE PERSONAS
- En caso de aglomeraciones os pediremos esperar FUERA DE LA CLINICA para evitar contacto
- En caso de que presente SINTOMATOLOGIA GRIPAL no acuda a la clínica. En caso de que el animal precise cuidados urgente, póngase en contacto con nosotros por teléfono previamente
Ademas de estas medidas, os recordamos medidas generales:
- Lávese las manos con frecuencia con un desinfectante a base de alcohol o con agua y jabón
- Evite tocarse los ojos, narís y boca
- Cúbrase la boca y nariz con el codo doblado o con un pañuelo de papel al toser o estornudar. El pañuelo usado deséchelo inmediatamente
OFFICIAL NOTICE TO PREVENT CONTACT BY CORONAVIRUSES
Given the current health situation caused by COVID-19 (coronavirus) and in order to maintain a quality veterinary care, continued and safe for our workers and clients, we have decided to take a series of measures:

- To avoid a lot of people waiting, appointments are made by phone
- When you come to the clinic, please, only ONE PERSON PER ANIMAL. If more people come, they will have to wait outside the clinic
- You can order food or medicine by phone
- keep a safe distance of 1 METER from the person who attends you
- While waiting in the WAITING ROOM, keep a safe distance of 1 METER BETWEEN PEOPLE
- In case of crowds we will ask you to wait OUTSIDE THE CLINIC to avoid contact
- In the event that you present FLU SYMPTOMATOLOGY, do not go to the clinic. In case the animal needs urgent care, contact us by phone in advance

In addition to these measures, we remind you of general measures:

- Wash your hands often with an alcohol-based disinfectant or soap and water
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow bent or with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Discard used tissue immediately
