🌕 Running Under the Moon in Nicosia. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We were proud to sponsor the participation of 10 of our colleagues in the 5km Teams Run, an inspiring event that brought together teamwork, energy, and community spirit.

The route started and finished at the University of Cyprus Sports Center, taking participants along Athalassis Avenue towards Arona Hill before returning to the finish line. Our team embraced the challenge and enjoyed a memorable evening of fitness and collaboration. 🌟

A big congratulations to everyone who took part and represented our firm with enthusiasm and determination. 👏💜

Ιn celebration of Global Wellness Day, we took a moment to invest in what matters most, our wellbeing. 💜

Our team joined an engaging Ergonomics Workshop led by Pantelis Xenophontos, Osteopath, who shared practical tips on posture, movement, workplace ergonomics and everyday habits that support long-term physical health. 📚

From desk setup guidance to breathing, mobility and stretching exercises, the session offered simple yet effective techniques to help reduce strain, improve comfort and promote wellbeing throughout the working day. ✨

A big thank you to Pantelis for an insightful and interactive session, and to everyone who participated. Together, we continue building a healthier and more mindful workplace. 🙌
