UPDATE: MTS is still working on the phones to correct the issue. We currently have 1 line call forwarded to a cell phone. We are doing the best that we can given this situation that is out of our hands.
PS if there’s anyone out there that a speed up the process with MTS that would be greatly appreciated !!!

Please note that the Woodlands Clinic is experiencing a power outage. We are awaiting further information from Manitoba Hydro on when we can expect power to come back.

At this time we do not have access to phones or emails, we will do our best to respond to your inquiries in a timely manner once we have regained power.

The clinic will be open tomorrow, Thursday, April 30th, and appointments moving forward as usual.

Please note some flood prevention measures like the d**e may still be in place however we have been assured it will be removed as soon as possible.

It is Reception Appreciation Week!

You may recognize these two friendly faces as the front force of our clinic, Dawn and Brittny.

Brittny truly enjoys getting to know all of your wonderful pets, their personalities, quirks, and the special bond you share with them. Outside of work, her time is happily spent with her daughter, where they are often playing, exploring, or simply enjoying each other’s company. They are usually joined by their dog, Minnie, who brings plenty of energy and laughter to their home.

Dawn has been a Vet Receptionist for 7 years. While at work she enjoys meeting and greeting our clients, both four legged and two. When not at work, she enjoys time with her husband Steve and their 15 year old boarder collie, Otis. She also enjoys gardening and spending time at the lake.

If you see either of them this week please make sure to thank them for all their hard work, dedication and everything they do to keep the clinic running smoothly. Our team and all of our clients are lucky to have you!
