We have had a very busy summer here at the clinic!
As many of you are aware we were closed for a few weeks this summer while Dr. Hsu was out lecturing and educating the veterinary community. We wanted to show you some of the events we attended this year!
~First she did an online lecture with the European Society of Veterinary Ophthalmology about different cataract surgery techniques
~Then was the MVMA specialty forum here in Winnipeg, where Dr. Hsu lectured alongside 2 other veterinary specialists!
~Dr. Hsu then went to the ACVO Master’s retreat in Mackinac Island, Michigan, where she was a Keynote speaker for veterinarians world wide!
~Next she attended the CVMA conference in Victoria, BC, where again she was lecturing along side many other amazing Dr’s from around the world.
~Finally our clinic was a proud supporter of the Winnipeg Pet Expo put on by the Boston Terrier & Pug Rescue of Manitoba. Our team met with and educated people about Veterinary Ophthalmology as a whole!
It has been a very hectic and educational summer with many miles put on by Dr. Hsu and our team! We appreciate your support and are so happy to be back home seeing your pets regularly!

Dr. Hsu will be away tomorrow, Aug 7th. We will still be open for phones calls, checking emails regularly and for medication pick up at the clinic between 8-4pm.

We can't help but show off this handsome man! Toby, a lovely senior man, had a large eyelid mass that we were able to remove with our CO2 laser! He did not require any anesthetic to have this mass removed and had a short, easy recovery! Here he is looking handsome as ever during his recheck appointment!
