🐾Day of Service
Customers are responsible for maintaining access into and out of the yard on scheduled service days. You are not required to be home.
🐾Lawn
Please ensure grass is mowed regularly to recei
ve the best service.
🐾Your Dogs
We love dogs! However, if your dogs are protective or aggressive for safety reasons, please place pets inside or away from the service area during your scheduled window of Pooper Scooper Service. If your pets are aggressive when we arrive, we will need to reschedule services and Doggy Doo Diva will notify you that day service couldn’t be completed.
🐾Weather
Heavy rains or snow may delay our staff. If this happens, we should be able to catch up by the next day or so and will notify you if there was a delay or reschedule. Service may temporarily be suspended December-March depending on winter snowfall. If the p**p cannot be seen, we cannot pick it up.
🐾Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with that day's scheduled service, simply let us know. Call immediately (same day as service) at 604-996-2247 & we will return within 24hrs to Re-Doo your service.
🐾How We Charge for Service
‘One time’ Seasonal clean up: The minimum charge is 1 hour regardless if service time is less than an hour. Payment is due at time of service. Weekly & Twice Weekly Pickups: We charge 4 weeks in advance. Payment is due before the 1st service. We accept cash, e-transfer, debit tap & major credit cards. Payment is non-refundable. Service is transferable. Automatic withdrawal/recurring payment is available. Any payment returned will be subject to a $35 service fee.
🐾Contracts
Doggy Doo Diva does not have any contracts. We will need you to sign the Terms of Service at sign up so our staff can enter your yard to perform p**per scooper services as required by our liability insurer.
🐾Holidays
We do not typically work on statutory holidays. If your service day falls on one of these days, we typically service the business day before or after the holiday.
🐾Cancellation or Pausing Service
We’ll be sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel, simply call 604–996-2247 or email us [email protected] at least 72 hours in advance before your next payment is scheduled. Any prepaid service dates will be completed for the current billing cycle. Services are transferable. If your pets will not be using the yard for a certain period of time (i.e. vacation, illness etc.) and do not wish to be charged for unnecessary visits please call or email 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service to temporarily pause your service. Any prepaid service that is unused, will be carried forward when your service resumes.
🐾Pet Waste Disposal
Doggy Doo Diva will bag & seal the waste and place it in customers' trash receptacle or agreed upon disposal area.
🐾Liability
Doggy Doo Diva assumes no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
🐾Privacy
We collect your information for the sole purpose of providing a service. We will not sell, trade or otherwise share your information in any capacity. Your privacy is important to us.
🐾Service Agreement
A copy of the signed service agreement will be emailed to customers before services are performed. It will include details on services, dates, estimated window of time, estimated cost and contact information. Doggy Doo Diva has the right to adjust schedules based on service route changes. Customers will be notified by email/text of any changes in service times, dates or prices.
