🐴 SPONSOR A JUMP, SUPPORT TWO LOCAL EQUINE ORGANIZATIONS!

Here's a pretty great opportunity to give back to our local horse community while getting your business or farm noticed!

Our friends at Windsor-Essex Therapeutic Riding Association are selling some beautiful, custom-built jump standards, and as we look ahead to expanding our SOTC English Series in 2027, we'd love to add more jumps to our collection.

That's where you come in!

For $300, you can sponsor a complete jump set for SOTC, customized to represent your business, farm, or family!

Here's how it works:

- $200 goes toward purchasing a set of jump standards from WETRA, supporting their organization.
- $100 covers three matching poles to complete the jump.
- We'll paint and customize your jump with colours and designs that reflect your business or farm (or you can!)
- Your sponsored jump can feature a personalized plaque or business branding, giving you visibility at our English shows.
- You'll receive a donation receipt for your $300 contribution.

Available jump styles include:

Green with X's
Solid brown fence-style
Burgundy with X's
Burgundy fence-style

Your support helps WETRA, gives SOTC the equipment we need to continue growing our English Series, and puts your business in front of our local equestrian community.

It's a win for everyone involved! 💚

Interested in sponsoring a jump? Send us a message or email [email protected] to learn more and claim a set!

We'd love to see these jumps back in the ring, representing the local businesses, farms, and families who help make our horse community so special.

🐴 LOOKING AHEAD TO 2027 – WE NEED YOU!

With our 2026 show season officially behind us, it's time to start looking ahead to what's next for SOTC!

Our November Monthly Meeting is this Tuesday, November 3, and it's an important one as we begin planning for 2027 and welcoming nominations for new Board members.

While we're fortunate to have several Board members returning next year, we need more people to get involved! We're looking for new Board members and Members-at-Large who want to help shape the future of our club.

And we're open to new ideas and roles!

Maybe you're passionate about our grounds and would make a great Grounds Manager. Perhaps you'd love to be a Youth Liaison (18+), help grow our Classics program as a Classics Manager, or take the lead in our Food Booth.

Or maybe you have an entirely different idea for a role that could make SOTC even better!

This is your opportunity to have a say in what 2027 looks like.

Come out, nominate someone, put your own name forward, or share your thoughts on what our club needs moving forward.

📅 Tuesday, November 3
⏰ 7:00 p.m.
📍 St. Mary's Hall, 12016 Talbot Rd, Maidstone

Those interested in joining the Board must be SOTC members in good standing.

SOTC has always been built by the people who show up, lend a hand, and care about keeping this club going. We'd love to see some new faces and fresh ideas around the table for 2027. 💚
