So Jimmy was being a busy boy today; he was everywhere, keeping me entertained this morning, especially as he kept trying to get into Phineas' kennel and I kept telling him no. Just when I took the garbage out, Jimmy decided he was going for it. I knew and felt Phineas would be okay with cats, as he was in a home with a cat when he was attacked by a pack of dogs before coming to Wainwright, but I was just too busy to take time out to really test these two together. Well, when I went outside and came back in, Jimmy was missing, nowhere to be seen. So, Iโm searching the whole pound, in all the hiding places cats seem to hide, and no Jimmy. I got busy again, thinking he would come out when he was ready, and walked to the back, and here I see a bit of white in Phineas' kennel. I look down, and the 4th picture is pretty much how I found him in Phineas' kennel. So, no more worrying, as I think Jimmy knows where he wants to spend his time till he finds his home, where he can socialize with dogs. Both Phineas and Jimmy are searching for their forever homes. Both are neutered, up-to-date on rabies, and will have all their vaccines. Phineas is 2.7 years old; he will need 3 teeth pulled, the only thing stopping him from getting a home right now. He loves kids, the younger the better; heโs very friendly and good with other dogs if slowly introduced, and he would be a great family dog. He loves to run, is a big gentle giant, loves to play with his toys, and loves to cuddle as well.
