Calving season is in full swing 🐄🌾

For Registered Veterinary Technologists, this means long days, close monitoring, and quick decision-making to support cows and calves when it matters most.

RVTs contribute to herd health by supporting calving and post-calving care, identifying concerns early, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating necessary next steps with veterinary teams and producers.

Bella

Her fees will cover her pound fees

-unfixed

-currently not utd on vaccines will get on thst asap

-has allergies chicken and grains make her skin/ears go red and itchy but there’s so many different cost effective brand don’t let that scare you away from her

-2yrs or younger

She was found wondering the town of wainwright, and her owners never came forward. She is finally looking for the perfect home! She will come with a spay contract if picked up before her spay date. Please message for more details regarding this as there is an adoption process with our town.

Bella unfortunately has some quirks but if you can see past her bad she’s the absolute sweetest dog ever and does want to please her owner. (100+lbs lap dog who wants to be in your face) She prefers females and is weary of males but after a few weeks she’s taken to my partner no problem.

She requires a confident handle that is used to the breed ( bullmastiff) since she’s been in our house she only nervous tinkles, she’s got way better with this but it still happens. She is not keen to strangers coming over and is an amazing gaurd dog. However she is now leash trained and introductions done on a leash have been successful.

Due to how she has reacted in the past she will not be going to a home with children. She has had fear aggression in the past and took a week for her to settle after being caught. she did offer to attack/ bite.

She is great with cats/ dogs including small chihuahuas. Loves horses but she thinks they are big dogs and wants to play with them.

Warm Weather Kitty Reminder ☀️

With the nicer weather here, you’ll be seeing Fish enjoying more time outside. Please be extra careful when entering and exiting the parking lot and keep an eye out for him.

Nuggy, on the other hand, is not allowed outside. If you happen to see Nuggy outdoors, please let a staff member know right away. Most of the time, he’s perfectly happy sunbathing in his cat tree instead.

If you recognize this dog or are the owner please contact Linda Bakewell at the town pound. 780-842-8033. This poor dog has been wandering the streets the last couple days and the pound was able to catch her late this afternoon. Female brindle dog.
