Our Sales Policy
Prices and terms subject to change at any time without notice. Horses are sold "as is." There is a Purchase Agreement to be signed on all horses for sale before a deposit is received to speak for said horse(s)
Registration papers, transfer papers, and stallion service certificates will not be given to the buyer until the horse leaves and all financial obligations, including purchase price and board, have been paid. Buyers are responsible for cost of coggins test, health papers, and transportation. All deposits are non-refundable. If you change your mind and decide not to take the horse you loose all moneys that you have put down on the horse. Deposits are non refundable if you change your mind. After your payment has been made you will have up to 2 weeks to arrange pick up/delivery on your horse (unless otherwise stated) The purchaser will need to notify Crocus Pine Ranch before the deposit is sent if special arrangements need to be made for boarding or transportation. If said horses are not picked up upon agreed upon date board fees will be charged per day. We do accept payments on horses. horse must be "Paid in full" before the horse leaves the farm (any fees). I accept cash, money order, certified cheque & bank transfers. no personal cheques please! Crocus Pine Ranch is not responsible for horses after they have left the farm. You are encouraged to get a vet check on your horse and/or ride it before purchasing. You get lots pictures and sometimes video of said horse/horses when you inquire and its your decision to take or not. We require 30% of asking price as deposit (or unless other arrangements are made) to hold a foal. The balance must be paid in full before said horse is able to leave Crocus Pine Ranch. Our horses will now be selling with a 5% GST on top of asking price for Canadian customers. Upon the arrival of the first said payment or full payment the buyer then assumes all risk of loss of or injury to horse/horses. In the event in which said horse/horses pass away or are extremely injured past treatment. Buyer will be given the opportunity to replace said horses with a horse or horses of same value that have been agreed upon buy seller. Unless sellers are the direct cause of injury or loss of said horse/horses all monies will be refunded. NOTE:
There will be NO Holds unless a dept has been made
