Lifting Stars Pet Homecare is owned and operated by Dr. Jeff Berkshire. Since graduating from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 2005, Jeff has practiced small animal medicine and surgery for over eleven years. His experience as a full-time associate veterinarian includes working with Westminster Veterinary Group in Westminster, California (four years), Care Pet Wellness Group in North Vancouver (two years) and Granville Island Veterinary Hospital in Vancouver (five years). Jeff is a member of the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia, the Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement and the International Association of Animal Hospice and Palliative Care. At Lifting Stars, we are grateful to live and work on the traditional, unceded lands of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
