Well it’s a bitter sweet week as we celebrate a really special horse’s official retirement. 🥹🥰

Aphrodite has been a part of our lesson program for her whole life, I purchased her and her brother as yearlings and they were both so quiet they ended up being fabulous kids horses.

This mare is extremely special. She has been a staple in my business, she’s helped me grow as well as many children and adults wanting to ride in lessons, enjoy on the trails or participate in EAL activities. She’s taught hundreds of people to ride, show and boost confidence in many aspects of life with horses. I’m certain she’s therapy’d more than a couple people in her day.

She has NEVER in her 23 years of service put a single foot wrong and has just taken every single thing we’ve ever thrown at her.

She is an earth Angel, has touched many peoples lives and has been so important to our farm family. She also made teaching lessons SO easy!!!! I miss that for sure.

I have been putting it out into the universe that the perfect person would come along for her to have the retirement she deserves although she has been pretty much retired the last couple of years and was always welcome to stay here.

Congratulations to Paula, Mark and Jeb Mason on the addition of this beauty and thank you a million times over for giving this Queen nothing but the best. She truly deserves it and I know she hit the lottery with you guys.
I am beyond grateful that she’s fitting in perfectly for you guys and that you are welcoming her into your world. 💝 it’s also a bonus she’s 3 doors down. 🥰
