FUNDAMENTALS (5 WEEK GROUP PROGRAM) ✨

This is a structured beginner program where each class builds on the last. You’ll leave every session with things to practice throughout the week so both you and your dog continue building confidence, understanding, and a stronger bond together.

We’ll cover:

✔ Loose leash walking
✔ Sit, down, wait & release cues

My goal is not just to teach dogs, it’s to teach owners how dogs learn, how to communicate clearly, and how to build a relationship your dog genuinely wants to be part of.

Whether you have a brand new puppy, an adolescent dog testing every boundary 😅, or an older dog that just needs a refresher, this program is designed to help you create clarity, confidence, and engagement together.

Hello everyone, I have registered for the fundraising walk for guide dogs and I hope the critter crew will help me increase my donation amount. Guide dogs play a vital role in maintaining their handlers' safety in various environments that most dogs could not handle. They must identify exits, chairs, elevators, escalators, curbs, cars, overhead hazards, and more. They need to demonstrate intelligent disobedience, recognizing when the handler's request is not safe or possible and choosing to disobey. It takes a large team of people and a lot of effort to make this happen, and our support will make a difference!! 🥰

Today we celebrate the life of willow. Willow was a part of the critter crew since nearly the beginning of its creation I was fortunate to have shared many trail adventures and creek swims together. We grew to be very close with endless amounts of trust built ♥️ You will be so very missed willow rest in peace love 💞🩷

Today we celebrate boss!
Boss started with me in the very beginning of February, when we first met, boss was the definition of a puller. Up and down snow banks ignoring my existence. Today boss has officially graduated from loose leash training with me! Boss today is
- Checking in with me independently
- keeping tension off the leash
- automatically turning and walking back to my side when tension is felt
- approaching people calmly most of the time (this is his biggest struggle! Itll take time)
- heel and heel with focus
- touch

We've got some great little milestones in the crew! Our youngest member ernie has officially joined us on big boy adventures!!
