Whenever someone leaves me a review, it means more than they’ll probably ever realize. 🫶🥹

What started as a love for dogs became a purpose. I’ve always loved helping people (I definitely get that from my mom), and somewhere along the way I realized dog training isn’t just about helping dogs, it’s about helping the people on the other end of the leash too.

It’s helping someone feel hopeful again when they’re overwhelmed. Helping someone build a relationship with their dog they never thought was possible. Helping nervous dogs find confidence. Helping reactive dogs find peace. Helping owners realize they’re not failing, they just needed guidance, another set of eyes, support, and someone in their corner (that sometimes smiles too much and can’t articulate the words 😂)

There are dogs I still think about years later. Dogs that broke my heart. Dogs that challenged me. Dogs that taught me lessons no textbook, seminar, or course ever could. Every single one has left a mark on who I am today.

This passion has grown far beyond anything I ever imagined, but at its core, it’s still built on the same thing it was from day one….a girl who loves dogs and wants to make their lives and the lives of the people who love them a little better.

Reviews like this force me to pause for a moment. To stop chasing the next goal, the next project, the next milestone, and appreciate where I am right now.

Because the truth is, none of this was built alone!! Every person who trusted me with their dog. Every family who took a chance on me. Every person who recommended my name to a friend. Every client who came to a class, every dog who stepped into my vehicle, and every person who believed in me helped build The Northern Collar Club into what it is today.

I am proud of what we’ve built. But more than that, I’m grateful. Grateful for the dogs. Grateful for the people. Grateful for the trust. And grateful that somehow a dream that started with one dog, a lot of determination, and a belief that I could make a difference became a beautiful community.

A community that has changed my life just as much as I hope I’ve changed a few others. For that, I will never be able to say thank you enough. ❤️🐾
