Just look at the thick cream on winter milk. The jar with the bubbles has had the cream mixed back in.
As of 2 days ago, we are done milking for the year. We will start up again in about a month.
The 2 girls still in milk just weren't giving us enough to keep up with our needs and it wasn't worth the effort anymore.
First kids due from Dec 31 to Jan 4th.

The pigs have gone to butcher, and LATE last night we loaded Lia the 6 month old calf and 17 goats got loaded onto a trailer and sent down to the Ontario livestock exchange at Saint Jacobs. In another week or so the extra roosters will go to butcher and we will be down to just the breeding stock to take through winter.
