MEET Dolly!

Dolly is a spry, affectionate girl who is looking for a home where she can settle down. She spends her days napping on the couch or in any available lap, and in the evenings, she occupies herself with her toys and exploring the house. While she does not love being carried, she will tolerate it as long as chin scratches are involved — in fact, she would do almost anything for chin scratches. Dolly has not been destructive, is litter trained, and is one of the easiest cats her foster parent has cared for. She is roughly 1.5 years old and is simply looking for a home to call her own.

🐶 Pre‑approved adopters (application + home check completed) may be able to take puppies home same day if matched.

🚨 Adoption Requirements

To adopt a dog at the event, attendees must:
• Be pre‑approved before the event
• Complete an adoption contract on‑site
• Pay the non‑refundable adoption fee

Dax is a very easy-going boy. He loves giving cuddles and kisses, and wants nothing more than to be near his people!

He can be a little nervous when meeting new people and animals, but he quickly comes out of his shell. Because he loves to be close to his humans, he is not always a fan of being left in his crate and will protest briefly when left alone. However, he settles after a short time and is the happiest puppy when his humans return!

He has adjusted nicely to sleeping in his crate at night and now only whines briefly before settling for 6 to 8 hours. When he is ready to get out in the morning, he will let his people know. House-training is a work in progress, but with frequent outdoor breaks, he does most of his business outside.

Dax also loves wrestling with his fellow foster puppy and playing tug-of-war. He is equally happy to receive pets and attention from children!

Dax will make the perfect snuggly companion for a lucky individual or family.

Luna — affectionately known as “Luna the Lunatic” — is a fun-loving, high-energy girl who brings endless enthusiasm to everything she does. She is a dedicated squeaky-toy enthusiast, happily squeaking her toys until the squeaker is officially retired. Endlessly curious and a huge fan of swimming, Luna loves being right where the action is, whether that means curling up in your lap or “helping” with your latest project.

Luna has blossomed into a confident, independent dog who now comfortably relaxes in bed while her humans are at work and happily chills in another room when you are home. She is also a absolute star with visitors; house sitters and guests adore her, though she will persistently invite everyone to play!

Her prey drive has calmed around birds, though squirrels, mice, and rats remain her main passions. She recently met a neighbour’s cat with calm curiosity, though a running kitty might still trigger her urge to chase. On walks, Luna can still be leash-reactive toward other dogs, but she is making great progress and does well with proper, controlled introductions.

With her food habits getting much better and her affectionate, adventurous spirit in full swing, Luna is ready to fill her next home with non-stop joy and love.

🚨 FOSTER NEEDED ASAP FOR DUKE 🚨

Duke arrives in Port Coquitlam around 5:30 PM today and currently has nowhere to go.

If no one steps up, he’ll be spending the night kenneled until morning. 💔

Even a temporary home makes a difference. Can anyone open their home to Duke, even just for tonight?

Let’s get this guy somewhere safe and give him a warm place to land instead of spending the night alone. ❤️

Cobbler is a playful, loving little guy with a sweet and gentle personality. His idea of a perfect day is being close to his human — enjoying cuddles, playing a little, and then settling in for some quiet time together.

He’s a bit timid when meeting other dogs and can be nervous about venturing outside, so he’ll need a little extra patience and encouragement as he builds his confidence. Cobbler loves having his person nearby and is happiest when he knows his human is close.

He’s not a big barker and is generally a happy, easygoing little companion. He uses his p*e pads and is slowly working on becoming more comfortable with his crate, taking things one step at a time.

Cobbler would thrive in a loving home with someone who understands that confidence and independence take time. He doesn’t need someone to rush him; he needs someone willing to go at his pace, celebrate the small victories, and give him the reassurance he needs to blossom.
