through a mix of indoor foundations + real-world outings, we’ll work on:
• loose leash walking
• calm settling at a table or mat
• confidence in busy environments
• focus around distractions
• polite manners

weeks 1–2 focus on foundations indoors
weeks 3–4 head out into the real world for guided practice 🐾

🎆 Fireworks may be exciting for us… but for many dogs, they can be overwhelming and even frightening.

Loud noises, flashing lights, and unexpected booms can trigger fear, stress, panic, and escape behaviours in our pups. Some dogs may pace, bark, tremble, hide, or struggle to settle during fireworks.

🐾 Tips to help keep your dog safe:

✔️ Keep them indoors with windows and doors closed
✔️ Create a calm, comfortable safe space
✔️ Turn on calming music or the TV to help mask noise
✔️ Stay calm and offer reassurance
✔️ Make sure ID tags and microchip information are current

✨ One of the best ways to help? Keep their minds busy indoors with enrichment activities!

Frozen Kongs or Toppls, snuffle mats, lick mats, scent games, chew items, and short training sessions can help redirect your dog’s focus and provide calming mental stimulation during stressful moments.

Our NEW Patio Pup program is here to help make that possible.

Over 4 weeks, you and your dog will build the real-life skills needed to confidently enjoy public outings together through a mix of indoor training + guided field trips.

what to expect:

🐾 weeks 1–2 → foundation skills
focus, engagement, loose leash walking, calm behaviour + settling

🛍️ week 3 → real-world outing
practice skills together during a pet store adventure

🍽️ week 4 → patio experience
learn how to relax and settle calmly at a table with your pup
