It was so nice to see two of our Sole Sisters (three counting myself?) out lending us a hand with our annual Stephenville Crossing Clean-up. What an amazing group of volunteers this year....18 in total!! We overflowed the dumpster! That is one way to measure success!!

It was gorgeous and warm (did I say warm?!!) afternoon for a walk to The Dribble Falls. We walked approx 6 km. We then took a drive to St. George's to find our dory and to capture the famous antique car picture. Thank you ladies for all the gorgeous pics! It was a fabulous and very chill afternoon.

It was the ideal day to hike the Indian Head Trail (IAT).... halfway Xing side trail head (return 7.5+?).Thank you Sole Sister Linda for leading the way! I am going to keep your score to A+ as I could see where Colin and I could have marked areas with more ribbons. It was the perfect way to check our work! A huge shout out to Sole Sister Theresa for baking us scones....and, a gluten-free one for me as well! You really went above and beyond! No one makes scones like Sole Sister Theresa! Also, thank you Sole Sister Marie for mapping out our route. And, finally we saw my friend again. I am pretty sure it is the same lonely caribou that Colin and I saw. Why is it on its own? I want to take it home!

It was a beautiful walk on the Seaside Trail in Kippens this afternoon. It definitely was a spring-like day here today. The sound of the crashing waves against the rocks is so relaxing to listen to....definitely one of the best meditation music. I wish we all had a little more time to sit and listen to the sounds around us. Thanks for all the beautiful pics everyone!
