Due to unexpected staffing shortages and operational challenges, we have made the difficult decision to close daycare tomorrow, May 29th.

We sincerely apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. This decision was not made lightly, but ensuring the safety, supervision, and care provided to every dog in our care must always come first.

At Pawsitively Pawesome Pet Care, our staff work hard every single day caring for your dogs with professionalism, patience, and compassion. In return, we expect to be spoken to with the same level of respect.

We will not tolerate staff being yelled at, spoken down to, harassed, or treated as though we are at anyone’s beck and call. We are human beings, trained professionals, and a business, not an on-demand service expected to answer immediately at all hours or accept disrespectful behaviour.

If there is an issue, concern, or misunderstanding, we are always willing to communicate and work through it. However, abusive or entitled behaviour toward our team will not be accepted.

We value the incredible relationships we have built with so many wonderful clients, and we will always continue working hard to provide exceptional care for your dogs while also protecting the wellbeing of our staff.
