There will be a memorial for May on May 24th at Queen Mary Park (10844 117st NW Edmonton at the Community League) starting at 12:00. Besides having a special moment for May, we will be having a light lunch for everyone. Dogs are welcome of course. Because we need to have an idea of how many people (and fur babies) are coming, RSVP is needed by March 22nd (number of dogs and people). If you are not able to come but would like to send a note of your experience dealing with Beagle Paws/May for us to print off to share, please send them to May's daughter, Dawn. Beagle Paws Rescue, based in St. John's, is seeking the services of a certified ACCOUNTANT to complete our charity's monthly bookkeeping. This will consist of:
- summarizing monthly accounts receivable and payable for shelter and thrift store operations
- preparation of payroll (for approximately 12 part-time employees)
end of year unaudited financial statements
- quarterly statements
- HST rebate and income tax filing
