With endless patience, a genuine enthusiasm for every pup she meets, and a calm, caring approach, Jen makes every grooming appointment a positive experience. Safety and comfort is her number one priority, taking the time to build trust and work at a pace that suits each dog. She also believes there's always more to learn. She regularly attends grooming seminars to better herself and stay up to date on the latest techniques and practices.
Most importantly? The dogs absolutely adore her, and it's easy to see why, she truly puts your dog's happiness and well being first.
