This past year has been a wild ride but I wouldn’t change it for the world. To think this time last year I was still trying to convince myself my parts career was all I could do is crazy to me. Happy Wednesday everyone!

Due to some last minute cancellations & rescheduling I have updated some of my policies & I want to make everyone aware of this outside of texting this when you book.

Please be aware policies are sent to you at time of booking. PLEASE read your messages. I am not responsible if you fail to read the information provided.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION- MUST provide minimum 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the no show fee.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION (within 48 hours)- $25 fee added to your new appointment.

NO SHOWS- FULL service amount to be paid same day. Failure to do so removes you from the booking list until paid.

Please be diligent and communicate with me, at the end of the day I am very understanding but no shows & last minute cancellations affect my day to day and usually do not allow me to fill your spot on such short notice.

This little cutie was in for his first groom recently!

‼️PLEASE READ BELOW‼️

Just here with a booking update & some general information🙂

My March is 95% full & I am booking into April for any weekend appointments!

When booking, the best method to reach me will be text, I am finding that my messages on here are not notifying me everytime. (780-876-0492)

During the day I may be slower to respond due to grooming. I try to be as prompt as possible but this does not always happen. Please be patient, I will get back to you!

When booking it is required to send a copy of your dogs vaccination records. This can be emailed to [email protected] OR sending a photo over text. If you do not vaccinate your dog I have a waiver to sign prior to dropping off, just let me know at time of booking.

When arriving please send me a text when your outside & I will come out to meet you. Upon arrival please let me know if your dog is not dog friendly, we have farm dogs around so I can put them away if required.

Lastly, thank you for keeping me busy.
I love meeting each & everyone of your furbabies!

Another before & after for ya!

I work very closely with Pawsitive Paws Rescue located just outside of Grande Prairie & today I worked with now “Theo” for 5 hours bringing him back to an actual dog.

As a team member of the rescue we see all kinds of cases and situations but Theo pulled my heart strings a little extra. You name it, he had caked in this coat. This dog knew I was helping him to say the least & it showed.

YES, this dog is underweight. He is a rescue & arrived very recently. Theo will never again have to worry about his next meal❤️
