**💛 A Friendly Reminder About Appointments Outside of Thursday Drop-In Hours 💛**
My time is just as valuable as yours. When you book an appointment with me, I reserve that time specifically for you and often turn away other clients to keep that spot available.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows not only affect my schedule, but they also prevent other clients from booking appointments they may have wanted.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I completely understand—life happens! I simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible so I can offer that time to someone else.
Please also remember that although I work from home, it does not mean I am home all day. I provide house-call services as well and may be away during scheduled business hours. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so please be mindful when booking and communicating about changes.
