My favourite part of owning Prairie Pack Dog Gear has been meeting all of you and hearing how much you love the products! Here is what one of my lovely costumers has to say about her custom two-tone collar!
I first heard of Prairie Pack Dog Gear after winning a gift basket that included one of their gift cards. Unfortunately the business temporarily shut down before I could use the card.
When it reopened I was excited to place an order! The gift card didn’t initially work, but luckily I saw that they had a booth at pet expo! I brought the card with me, not expecting anything—I wouldn’t have been upset if the owner said the card was invalid. Since it was now under new ownership, I thought that would be completely reasonable.
The owner at the booth insisted on honouring it. She tried entering the code but it still didn’t work(she mentioned there had been some issues with old ones). Still, she gave me the $25 off, which she really didn’t have to do, but was so sweet and kind!
She also helped me try on different sized collars to find the right one for my dog (I was definitely going to order a size too big before hand). She even brought out colour swatches for me to see what a two toned collar combination would look like!
I was excited after ordering and wasn’t expecting to see the collar right away, as the wait time online said 7-14 days with shipping(completely reasonable), but it arrived 3 days later! I tried it on my dog and immediately fell in love!!
Everything about the collar is so high quality—from the collar material to the adorable and gorgeous stamped logo, you can really see the care that was put into making it! It also came in a compostable/recyclable package which is a little detail I appreciated.
I really couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’ve had BioThane collars before, but this is by far the best collar I’ve ever had! If you want a collar, leash, or other accessories, this is the place to go. The people are kind, the service is great, and the quality of the product truly speaks for itself in the best way!❤️
