Healthy treat choices for your pets

At Raw for Pets Canada

Our dehydrated treat selection offers a variety of nutritional dehydrated treats - from beef lung and liver to rabbit ears, turkey feet, and tripe sticks, so you can choose something suited to your pet’s size, preferences, and chewing style.

What does dehydrated mean?
Dehydration uses controlled heat and airflow to remove moisture, creating a concentrated treat with a distinctive texture. It differs from freeze-drying, which removes moisture from frozen food under vacuum.

Why offer variety?
Different animal ingredients provide different nutrients and eating experiences. Softer, easily portioned treats can be useful for training, while suitable chews offer an opportunity for supervised enrichment & enjoyment.

Nutrition in Every Bite
Animal-based treats provide protein, which supplies amino acids for maintaining muscles, skin, and coat. Organ treats, such as lung , also contribute vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, iron, and B vitamins. Nutrient content varies by ingredient, and removing moisture concentrates both nutrients and calories—portion controlled-small portions especially with rich organ treats such as liver

Tips

• Select an appropriate size and texture for your pet.
• Supervise chewing and remove pieces that could be swallowed whole.
• Provide fresh drinking water.
• Store accordingly

Dehydrated treats complement a balanced diet but does not replace it.
