Happy almost 2026....I was inspired for a new hot sauce the last couple days...after all the ice on the sidewalks it dawned on me why do we need salt in our hot sauces...now I'm still figuring out what flavor to make and a name...but why not? If they don't need any for sidewalks covered in ice, why would we need any in hot sauce?
