A Friendly Reminder 🐾 Sackville Pet Resort

This has never really been an issue for us, but lately we’ve noticed an increase in clients picking up their dogs before payment has been made.

We completely understand that life gets busy and that occasionally something can be forgotten. That said, we do need to remind everyone that payment is required in full before your dog is picked up. Invoices are due upon receipt, not at a later time.

We are a business, and like any other business, we have ongoing operating costs, staff, supplies, utilities, insurance, and many other expenses that allow us to provide the care and service we do.

We would never expect another business to provide a service without being paid, and the same applies here. Our services are not complimentary, and payment is an important part of completing your visit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This reminder is simply being shared because what was once an occasional oversight has become more frequent, and we want to make sure expectations are clear moving forward.

Thank you for supporting our business, respecting our policies, and trusting us with your dogs. ❤️🐾
