What a way to end the season!!!! Thank you to everyone who came out for the final market at Acadia Hall! Remember! Even though the markets are done for the season doesn’t mean your dog has to go without! Message me with any orders you need and I’ll make sure to get them to you! Huge thank you to all the market volunteers and market managers who make this a great place to come!

It’s time to stuff some calendars!!! Treats are baked, calendar grids are ready and Santa Paws just dropped off the toys for the 25th!

Decided to do some last minute mini cakes for the big event tomorrow! $15 each and only these four! Can’t wait to help celebrate ElderDog Canada Dartmouth East! After the event is over I will be donating some of the proceeds of sales to them! Come help support and celebrate senior dogs!!!!

Only a few sleeps away! 10-4 this Saturday come help us celebrate Senior Pet Month hosted by ElderDog Canada Dartmouth East at Steele Wheels Motor Museum! I’ll be there all day loaded up withe mini muffins, donuts, biscuits and oat cakes! Dogs welcome of course! So grateful to have been asked to join this event and I hope to see everyone there!

They think Woody is horrific and gives them nightmares just picturing his updated face. Happy Thursday Everyone! I’m back in the kitchen tonight and thought I’d make a post of the final markets for the season! See below for the last 3 dates. Also because I want all the pooches to be happy I am extending the calendar ordering for market go’ers! If you come to a market and want to place an order I’ll make sure you’re on the list.

Saturday Nov 29th Sackville Farmers’ Market for their final market of the year! (Also advent calendar pick up date)

It’s a bittersweet time of the year when the markets end. I miss seeing all your faces on a regular basis as well as the vendors Ive gotten to know and all the market staff! If you can’t make it to the market and ESPECIALLY if you need some goodies until the season starts again next spring. I am always open for side orders to get your pup through the winter! If you’re local to the area I have no issues delivering 🙂 Hope to see you all over the next few weeks!

My Potato. Although it is unreasonable to wish he was here today I wish he was. It is unrealistic though for him to have made it to 17 which is what he would be today. It will soon be 3 years we have lived life without him which blows my mind. Sometimes Samuel barks and it sounds just like Scrappy that I have to stop and remind myself who I am hearing. I think of him and miss him every second of every single day and I think that will be the case for the rest of my life. I am however grateful for everyone who shows up to my table at every market I go to, allowing me to keep him alive by sharing his photo with you, his stories and how he inspired the name for The Baked Potato. Because of everyone of you who support this little adventure of mine you allow me to share how amazing this little dude was to so many people and keep his spirit and memory alive. It also brings so much joy to hear all the comments about how cute he was. Anyone who knew him loved him that's for sure. So here's to you my Potato, I hope you are over the bridge having the best birthday. You are loved and missed so much! You were and always will be my Heart Dog.
