It's getting warmer, and I've received some inquiries about shaving double-coated dogs.
Double coats protect dogs from both cold and hot weather.
Moreover, shaving a double-coated dog can lead to alopecia or negatively affect the texture of their coat.
For these reasons, we do not recommend shaving double-coated dogs.
