Caring K9 Institute Professional Therapy Dog , Service Dog and Obedience Training Programs

Caring K9 Philosophy:
Building on the existing relationships between owners and their dogs the Caring K9 Institute trains people on how to develop their dog’s skills and provides an opportunity and outlet for a K9 team to be of service to different groups of vulnerable populations who could benefit from positive interactions with a fun-loving, patient and friendly dog and their human. The training

is offered in various modalities including classroom settings, outdoor adventure challenges, public locations and basic internet course work and e-training. We welcome dogs and people of all shapes and sizes and know that each dog can bring a different skill set to therapeutic interactions. Though not all dogs may have the right temperament for therapy work or service dog work, we believe ALL BREEDS have the potential to become working dogs.

Juvenile/Adolescent pups are such a fun stage of our puppy’s journey!🐾

As our pups grow and change, so do their needs, behaviours, and emotions. What worked a few weeks ago may need a little adjustment today—and that’s completely normal.

Growth isn’t always a straight line. There are exciting breakthroughs, moments of confidence, testing boundaries, and sometimes even a few steps backward. Through it all, our goal is to meet our puppies where they are, help them navigate this big world, and continue building confidence, learning ways to communicate, build new skills, and ultimately secure trust.

🌟We are so proud of all of our Puppies 2 teams for their hard work and dedication. 🌟Every class and skill completed is another step toward creating a strong lifelong bond with your pup. Keep up the amazing work on our Puppies 2 graduates! ❤️🐶

We had so much fun throughout this Intermediate Trick Training Program! 🐾

As much as we love and have fun in each one of our class, Trick Training always seems to be the one course that leaves us all with aching cheeks and sore bellies from smiling and laughing so much! 😂🐾

From dramatic paw wipes and enthusiastic volleyball skills to the occasional “creative interpretation” of a trick, these pups never fail to keep us entertained. The adorable tricks, silly personalities, and hilarious moments make every class one to remember.🤣👏

Thank you for bringing your enthusiasm and commitment to every class. 🙏

As much as we love and have fun in each one of our classes, Trick Training always seems to be the one course that leaves us all with aching cheeks and sore bellies from smiling and laughing so much! 😂🐾
