We are really excited to introduce Michelle and her German Shepard Thor🎉🎉. Michelle has a lot of experience as a SAR K9 Handler, she has had previous dogs that were BC Search Dog Association vallidated. Thor was originally trained as a search dog but when Michelle’s son was diagnosed with autism she switched their training and Thor is now a validated guide/service dog.
Now with Northern Search Dogs Michelle no longer has to do the 3 hr return trip to her local SAR team, so she is excited to once again return to K9 SAR 😀🐾.

Introducing Ryan and this is his partner in crime BAREE. Baree is a 5yo GSD and they have been a team since Baree’s earliest days. My name is Chris I am the Head Trainer/Founder of Northern Search Dogs. I have been training dogs for over 20 years and look forward to helping the rest of our team with their training.
