Born around 5:00 am and because the mare has previously had foals with low IgG levels, the owners acted quickly and had an IgG SNAP test done as soon as possible. The test confirmed that this little one had not received enough antibodies and needed immediate plasma.

A stressful and emotional day, but this tiny foal is in the best hands with his owners and Dr Floyd. Send positive thoughts, and strength for a full recovery. ❤️
