Hi everyone! 🐾

We wanted to share a quick update.

It has come to our attention that we may have accidentally missed reaching out to a few clients while working through our waitlist. If you’re still waiting to hear from us, we sincerely apologize! Please send us a friendly reminder message, and we’ll be happy to get you back on our booking list.

After this week, our team will be taking a short, well-deserved break. We’ll begin scheduling appointments again for late August and throughout September.

As many of you know, we’re still operating from our temporary location. Because of our limited workspace, we’re currently working part-time and can only accommodate certain dog sizes and coat types. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue navigating these temporary limitations.

Lastly, we kindly ask that all interactions remain respectful and friendly. We understand that waiting for appointments can be frustrating, and we’re doing our very best to help as many families as we can while ensuring every pet receives the quality care they deserve.

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and kindness. We can’t wait to see all of our wonderful clients and their pups soon! ❤️🐶

🇨🇦 Happy Canada Day from all of us at The Paw Spa! ❤️🐾

We hope you and your furry family members have a safe, fun-filled day celebrating with the people (and pups!) you love.

We have some exciting updates to share! We have part-time help back on our team, which means we’ll be running at a much smoother capacity moving forward. Thank you so much for your patience while we’ve worked through our waitlist—it truly means the world to us.

We’re also happy to share that we’ve recently updated our Canine First Aid certification. Your dog’s health, safety, and well-being are always our top priority, and we’re committed to continuing our education so you can have peace of mind every time your pup visits us.

If you’ve been waiting to get your dog booked in, please hang tight! We’ll be reaching out tomorrow to begin scheduling appointments. We appreciate your patience as we work through everyone and get your pups booked in as quickly as possible.

Thank you for supporting our small business and trusting us with your four-legged family members. We can’t wait to see all those happy, wagging tails soon!

🐾 Paw Spa Update 🐾

We wanted to provide a quick update for our wonderful clients.

As we continue operating from our temporary location, our grooming capacity is significantly lower than it was at our shop. Because of this, we are not currently accepting new clients and are focusing on serving our existing Paw Spa family as best we can.

We are still awaiting further information regarding our building and what the next steps will be following the fire. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation.

Thank you for your continued support, kindness, and encouragement during this challenging time. We will share updates as soon as we have more information.

A huge thanks to Demmy for this extremely kind gesture!

Please come out & if your pup needs a nail trim come visit the fundraiser Monday!

Hey friends! If you're planning on bringing your dogs for a nail trim this week, can you consider waiting for Monday evening?!

Demmy will be doing Nail Trims BY DONATION at this event to help raise funds for the local businesses effected by the fire at Nellys Pub ❤️

Among the businesses effected by the fire is The Paw Spa and you know us groomers have to help each other out. We don't want anyone going through hard times - so let's come together and raise as much money as we can for these local businesses!

🐾✨ Paw Spa Update ✨🐾

We want to send a HUGE thank you to Leann at Canadian All Breeds Kennel for generously allowing us to temporarily work out of her facility while we get back on our feet. We’re so grateful for the support! 💛

As we transition into this temporary space, we’ll need to move our equipment in and get everything organized before we’re fully up and running. Because of this, we’ll also need to do a fair bit of rebooking to catch up.

We kindly ask that you do not contact the kennel directly for grooming appointments—please continue reaching out to The Paw Spa for all booking inquiries so we don’t disrupt their business.

We’re still about a week away from being fully operational as we sort out logistics and figure out how scheduling will look in the new space.

If you currently have an appointment booked, Ally will be reaching out to you directly to get you rescheduled.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support—we can’t wait to see all your furry friends again soon! 🐶🛁✨

As many of you know, we’ve been working behind the scenes on what’s next for us—and while our main space is going through its transition, we’re not going anywhere. In fact… we’re pivoting.

We’re excited to share that Paw Spa will be operating from a temporary location for the time being! 🐶💛 This allows us to keep caring for your pups while we prepare for something even better down the road.

What does this mean for you?
✔️ Same loving care
✔️ Same happy tails
✔️ A cozy, more personal setting (your dogs might not want to leave… just saying)

We also want to take a moment to say thank you. The support, kind messages, and encouragement we’ve received from our clients and this community have truly meant the world to us. We’re so grateful to be surrounded by such thoughtful, loyal, and caring people—it doesn’t go unnoticed 💛

We’ll be reaching out directly with booking details and location info, and of course, you can always message us with any questions.

Thank you for sticking with us through this next chapter. This isn’t a step back… it’s a setup for something bigger 🐾✨

Stay tuned. The best is yet to come.
