URGENT - Due to the poor air quality this week the dogs will be outside for as little time as possible for their health until the smoke clears up further. If your bookings are not necessary or the air quality is better at your home we do recommend keeping your pups at home. We will not be conducting our usual play groups to minimize outside exposure and potty breaks will be more frequent and limited to 5-10 minutes. We have ac and ventilation inside to keep the pups safe indoors and the air much more breathable.

Everyone welcome at Pawsitive Care in the Parksville Community Park on August 23 from 10 am to 2 pm at the picnic shelter This free, community-focused event hosted by Fantastic Beasts Veterinary Services offers preventative veterinary care for those in need in the Oceanside area! Will also feature info from rescues and community organizations. More info 250 947-1763.

Animal Magic Pet Resort & Spa

In January 2019 Animal Magic came under new ownership and became Animal Magic Pet Resort & Spa. We boast a bright and beautiful grooming salon with 4 groomers Jenn, Marielle, Rachael & Sydney. We have a private area with 4 rooms for little dogs, 17 rooms for our guests with their own dog doors open during the day. We have two large grassy play yards to separate our big and little dogs as well as 5 additional yards for other guests and their needs. Our large grassy play yard has a 6 foot tall dog house, agility equipment and lots of toys. We take pictures during play time and post them daily so that you can stay updated. Our amazing kennel attendants Katy, Jess, and Sydney will be there to comfort, play and snuggle your pet while you’re away.
