Whether you're in denial about it, or excited for it, the holidays are fast approaching!!!

We are doing things a little differently this year, to avoid the chaos that the busy holiday 🎁 🧧 season brings!
We are going to open our books and book appointments accordingly, 1 month in advance!
Once those appointments are filled, we will not be taking any more appointments.

We will not have a cancellation list but instead we will announce all cancellations as soon as they happen on our IG and FB stories (possibly a post), priority will be given to existing clients because we have a trusting relationship, and we like you 💕🎉

Starting November, our cancellation policies do not apply, and you are responsible for 100% of the grooming cost, 💰 whether you show up for the appointment or not!
Please bear this in mind BEFORE booking!

We are human, we are a community! But we are also a very small business, that needs to survive and thrive so that we can continue to provide you with exceptional service!
Missed appointments that cannot be filled affect small businesses a great deal!

How to book:
🤙🏾 Call or text 342-262-9269
✂️give a brief grooming history and pet details
🗓️ Book a date and time
💰 Pay your e-transfer deposit
👈🏾 Get direction and instructions.

On the day of:
⏰Plase arrive on time!
As we work 1 on 1 with dogs, any arrivals 15 minutes past appointment time, is an automatic cancellation.
⚪ Have a clear idea of what you'd like done for your pet's grooming, if you have past pictures of YOUR dog's grooming, those are most welcom!
⌚Your groomer will give you a time estimate and a 15-20 minute heads up before your pet needs to be picked up. The dogs are not crated and thus we appreciate a prompt pick up!
🐩 We encourage your to look your pup over, and bring anything to our attention, with in 48 hours, that you would like adjusted! And we are more than happy to do so!
ℹ️ Your groomer will give you a debrief of how your pet did, what you can work on to help make future grooms more pleasant, and the tools, appropriate brushes, and techniques that will help improve your pets coat!

We wish all your pets, good health, soft coats, short nails, less shedding and no matts/knots!
