Dear clients, buying a package, over 6 months ago, only using a few sessions, and now asking for a refund on the rest of your package is the same as buying some clothes, wearing them a few times and then trying to get a refund for them 6 months later... No store would accept that.
We are doing our best to book in as many swims as possible but giving full priority to our clients who have been coming on a regular basis and who have bought their packages in the past few months.
