Just a little reminder for my regular clients!

I want your dogs out having fun, getting dirty, swimming, rolling around and being dogs. I’m never going to charge extra just because your dog comes in dirty.

There is a difference though when an appointment requires significantly more time, products or coat work than what is normally needed for their regular groom. In those situations, there may be an additional charge.

If you know your pup is coming in needing more work than usual, a quick heads up really helps me plan for the extra time they may need and make sure I can give them the same one-on-one care without throwing off the rest of my day.
