Just a reminder

Please confirm your appointment when the reminder is sent this helps both you and I in acknowledging the appointment will be attended.

Also again please place your appointment dates in your calendar, this will avoid you double booking yourself or missing the appointment.

Setting an alarm for a reminder a week before, couple days before and even 1hr before would be VERY beneficial if you tend to forget even with the day before reminder I provide. It takes only minutes to do and will save you stress and financially in the long run.

Please review my policies to be fully aware of the short notice cancelation and no show fee. If this is something you do not intend to honour and respect then please take the steps to avoid short notice canceling or no showing. Alternatively I am not the groomer for you if you are unwilling to follow these policies.

Client notice

If you haven't yet booked fall/winter I have opened it up for bookings.

Please SEND DATES 6/8 weeks from your pets last currently scheduled appointment (should be a July or August one). Most are 8 weeks but those few that are 6 weeks please make sure to note that.

For example if your pets last appt is july your pets next groom will be Sept and Nov to finish the year.

If you need a specific day or time I would recommend sending dates asap to secure the needed day/time.

Notice

Unfortunately due to an overwhelming increase in short notice cancelations, no shows, and skipped appointments. (Haven't had a full week since before Christmas) I am fearful this is becoming a trend.

I fully understand we are all in a challenging financial landscape however I need to work to protect my business and livelihood.

I must implement an addition to my current policies.

If you skip an entire appointment there will need to be an added fee at your pets next groom. This is to cover the added effort to complete with added time, wear on equipment, volume of products consumed and increased physical demand on myself.

If you miss 2 full appointments in a calendar year unfortunately I will have to remove your pet from my schedule to allow room to bring in new clients to ensure consistent scheduling.

I Appreciate you all and really hope it would not come to that however sadly I currently have multiple clients where I will be seeing them only once in 8 months. This I can only hope you can understand is not sustainable for a business.
