We look forward to seeing you soon! We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are closed from 12pm-1pm every day for lunch. We also provide emergency services evenings until 11pm, and then in the morning from 6:30am. Weekend emergency services are from 6:30am-11pm.

🐾 Important Clinic Notice: Upcoming Closure

Dear Friends and Clients,

As many of you know, earlier this year we lost a beloved member of our vet clinic family. To allow our entire team the space to grieve, remember, and honor their incredible life and dedication to your pets, our clinic will be closed and there will be no vet available for emergencies on Saturday, July 11th, so that our staff may attend the memorial service.

We know that emergencies don't take a break, so if your pet requires urgent care while we are away, please contact:

With the holiday coming up, we wanted to make sure all our amazing clients are aware that we will be closed for Canada Day (Wednesday, July 1st).
We will have a vet on call for emergencies that day.

There will be no veterinarian available for emergencies after 4pm tomorrow, June 17th. If you are in need of emergency care after 4pm, please contact Phases Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Kamloops at (236) 766-0450.

The clinic will be open from 9am to 5pm but there will be no vet available after 4pm. As usual, we will be closed between 12pm and 1pm for lunch.
We apologize for the disruption to our emergency service.

If you are needing prescription refills or food for your pets, you can still come by until Saturday, May 16th at 5pm.

Pharmacy hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 9am - 4pm. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for refills.
