Good morning ! We have had some openings become available in December as my assistant will be working 5 days a week so we can get all the pups beautified before Christmas 🤩🎄

If she was not here those 5 days I am technically fully booked but with her here there is extra openings everyday for small dogs.

It’s October !! Which means the 2027 book will be available shortly !! Keep an eye on page for when I announce it’s here and feel free to book whole year in advance.

I do have some regulars who book entire year - especially if they come every 6 weeks.

Don’t forget it’s way easier to have an appt and swap it with someone else than to try to get in last minute !!

Denver is home from her visit on coast with her grandparents so we are back to regular shop hours. 8-2 !!

‼️🚨Very important please read ‼️🚨

I love this job, I love the dogs I groom, and the vast majority of you feel like family to me. Because I care so much about this business, I want to be open about something that’s been making things tough lately.

My daily routine is a hustle—I’m up and ready early every morning before getting my toddler up, packed, and out the door by 7:30 AM so I can be at the salon ready for my 8:00 AM appointments.

Because her daycare hours are short (8 AM – 2 PM), my shop hours are very limited and booked out months in advance. To help fit more of your pups in, I hired and trained an assistant to help bathe and dry on select days. But lately, I’ve had a string of no-shows. When someone doesn't show up—especially on an assistant day—I am still paying for childcare, paying my assistant, and paying the bills to keep the shop open, but making no income to cover it. In fact, I end up losing money, which puts me in a spot where I can't justify keeping my assistant, and that means even longer wait times for everyone.

I respect your time, and I just ask for that same respect in return.

Moving forward, this has to be a non-negotiable: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not let me know, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed groom before you can book in again.
I totally understand that life with kids and busy schedules happens—if something comes up, just let me know!

I have made a post like this regarding a deposit to book but I always felt guilty actually charging it. However I can no longer let my personal feelings effect the business.

Thank you all so much for understanding, supporting my small business, and helping me keep this dream running. I can’t wait to see you and your fur babies at your next visit!
