I hope this message finds you well. It has been some time since my last communication, primarily due to personal circumstances involving significant health challenges faced by family and friends. These matters have necessitated a considerable withdrawal from my social media activities.
I am currently in the process of streamlining my commitments, particularly as I navigate the emotional toll of my close friend's recent diagnosis of stage 3 cancer, as well as the loss of my uncle. My background is rooted in a large family network, alongside friends who have become like family.
For those who may not be aware, I am a person of my word, willing to assist others—be they individuals or animals—whenever possible. My passion for reptiles and fish has spanned over a decade, during which I have cultivated this business and community out of a profound love for these creatures. I firmly believe that there is no such thing as a trivial question, and I strive to provide thoughtful and constructive answers to all inquiries.
While I do not claim perfection, I am committed to performing to the best of my abilities, often exceeding those limits. This company and group are operated solely by myself, with the invaluable support of some remarkable friends who have stepped in to assist where they can, for which I am deeply grateful.
However, I must candidly acknowledge that I am not operating at 100% capacity this year, particularly in terms of social engagement. I am dedicated to providing essential information and supplies related to reptiles, and I will continue to make every effort to do so. I kindly ask for your understanding regarding any delays in my responses, as I experience the same ups and downs as everyone else, and there is no one available to take my place during these challenging times.
