It's that time of year again!!! The pigs, goats and sheep would love your unpainted pumpkins to eat! They are also a natural dewormer for the animals and a great way to recycle them! You can drop off anytime by the farm sign (444 Maki Rd in Murillo). You can also throw 1 pumpkin to the pen of pigs by the sign and then another one to the goats and sheep. Please make sure to smash it so there is a break in the rind of uncarved pumpkins otherwise the goats and sheep have trouble eating it. If the pigs are not out of the shelters you can call "pig pig pig" and they should wake up and come out for your pumpkin! Please no moldy or painted pumpkins as they can make the animals sick. This year we have a baby donkey foal running around that you can see from the fence. The big white dog is friendly but she occasionally barks. Thanks!!!

What a great 2025 show season we had with our bulldogs!!!! 3 of our 4 little girls are now in junior handling as well. The girls won some big ribbons this year and had a blast with the bullpups :)

Two of our 2025 wooly foals left for their new home in Tennessee over the Thanksgiving weekend. These 2 fluffy jennet foals are super sweet.

We are so excited to start looking for the perfect forever home for our rescue bulldog Susie Q. She came malnourished with really bad infections all over her face and head and no muscle from being crated her entire life. Despite her abusive past she is THE SWEETEST dog and will make a family the perfect pet. She is amazing with all babies, kids, chaos, cats and all farm animals. She is dog aggressive and this will limit her potential forever home. She only gets along with 6 of our 7 dogs. She is also food/xpen aggressive to other dogs. She is not food aggressive to people including kids.

She does have scars on her hind legs from sitting in a hard crate for her life and she has worn down all her front teeth from biting at her crate. She is perfectly fine in an xpen and we have had no issues with crate biting at all even when in her xpen overnight. She is the perfect mix of couch potatoe but active enough to go on walks with her new family. It appears that she has been bred likely atleast 2 times and made to free whelp. She really deserves a loving family that can make up for the years of neglect she has seen.

We estimate that she is approx 4 or 5 years old. Because we do not know her breeding history that is a guess. Please reach out to us if you think you could be her new family! She still has abit to go here to get into full shape before she heads to her forever home. Her spay appointment is booked for next month. We would consider homes with nondominant dogs but the ideal placement would be with a home with no dogs. I have attached a video with how she acts with our busy household. Small squares for sale. They are heavy with tight strings. Mixed fine grass with no rain. Suitable for small animals and horses. Includes 1 year of storage in hay loft if required. Self serve any time to pick up from loft when required. Perfect if you dont have the storage room for your hay. $9/bale

Thank you so much to everyone who has been dropping off their pumpkins for the animals! Thank you Danielle Miller for organizing a big Parkdale haul and helping to collect a TON! Thank you Michelle Leigh and Sherwood Estates for your huge pumpkin load as well! We are still open for dropoffs if you are coming by the farm! Thank you from all the hungry critters for your time!
