Archer would like to remind everything that the Christmas season is THE busiest season for dog groomers! And with that there’s a few things to remember and some temporary policy changes for the season
We understand that weather plays a huge role in things this time of year but please try to be as close to your appointment time as possible as we’re trying to make sure everyone gets spiffy in a timely manner, and running late for your appointment can put the rest of the day off track
There is limited availability for the abundance of clients and we try to make as many happy and get as many in as possible so missed and no show appointments are an absolute nightmare this time of year, this is because we could have fit someone else in your groom slot who otherwise wouldn’t be able to get in before Christmas. Which means that as the groomer we actually lose out on YOUR appointment AND the appointment we could have put in your spot, so the policy for missed and no show appointments will be updated to the fee for such being full price of the groom to be paid for the no call no show and missed fee (the normal for the rest of the year is 50% of the groom price)
