🐾🏴‍☠️ THAT’S A WRAP ON ANOTHER AMAZING SD&G DOG SHOW! 🐾🎉

Another year has come to a close, and what a weekend it was! ❤️

From the moment the first camper arrived until the last dog left the grounds, the SD&G Dog Show in Maxville was filled with incredible dogs, wonderful people, laughter, friendship and, of course, LOTS of fun!

🗺️ The Pirate Scavenger Hunt
🐶 And, of course, four days of amazing dogs and competition!

But none of this would be possible without the incredible people behind the scenes.

You gave your time, energy and often your sanity to help make everything run smoothly. Whether you were setting up, tearing down, helping exhibitors, working rings, directing traffic, answering questions or doing one of the many jobs that nobody sees — we appreciate every single one of you!

Thank you for choosing to spend your weekend with us, for bringing your beautiful dogs, and for joining in on all the fun. Your sportsmanship, enthusiasm and willingness to participate in our crazy ideas are what make this show so special!

You are the ones keeping everything moving in the rings, often working long hours and dealing with whatever comes your way. We couldn't do it without you!

Line dancing, the Duck Hunt, Pirate Day and the Scavenger Hunt gave everyone a chance to put the dog show aside for a little while and simply have FUN!

The SD&G Dog Show isn't just about ribbons and competition. It's about community, friendships, dogs and creating memories together.

Today is going to be a **VERY busy day** as we welcome everyone to the show! We have **200+ campers**, an additional **25+ booths**, and countless exhibitors arriving throughout the day to get settled and save their spaces.

We want to welcome **EVERYONE EQUALLY** and make sure everyone has a great experience. ❤️

A friendly reminder as things get busy:

👉 **The people assisting you today are ALL VOLUNTEERS.**
👉 They are giving their time to help make this show happen.
👉 **Please be patient, kind, and respectful.**
👉 We are doing our absolute best to get everyone parked, settled, and ready for an amazing weekend!

There may be a few delays and a little organized chaos along the way — but we promise we're working hard! 😊

Grab your crew, pick your quest colour, solve the riddles, complete the tasks, collect your coins and follow the clues to the Pirate Treasure! 🏴‍☠️🐾

🦜 Bandanas & eye patches will be available at the start to help you get into character!

🎁 The first 20 teams to complete the quest will win a $25 gift card!
