What a beautiful way to spend the afternoon!

We kicked off our first sound bath of the year with a private event held for the wonderful staff at Risebridge community connection center. The focus was on self compassion which I know for myself I struggle with.

Giving ourselves some grace in the hard patches of our life & remembering to feel gratitude even in the darkness.

Risebridge is an advocate for the community. "They minimize the gaps in our social service offerings by holding a safe space for connection, system navigation, and decolonized programming that is trauma-informed and culturally rooted to be responsive to the immediate needs of our community."

I can't thank Kristen Smith enough for coming and playing for us today with her beautiful bowls, I forget how much I need these as much as the herd & the beautiful people who join us. Harmonic Light Sound Bath

Gemma our eldest mare takes her baths seriously & always enjoys a good nap whether we are in the barn or in the arena.
It's these opportunities that make this life so rewarding, offering services to our community that bring people together & give safe spaces for everyone to feel, heal & remember why we all do it.

Stay tuned for some exciting plans for upcoming baths, & dates for our summer events! We also have space for more private events, over the summer.

Yeehaw, the official first day of spring 🌱
It's been another great week with many happy horses 🐎

The weather has been a bit unpredictable & with that comes some spicy ponies, but overall, everyone has been healthy & happy!

I'm looking forward to kids camp next week, along with some traveling up & down the island.

Happy Friday, friends!
Another busy week down & I couldn't be happier with the results. Many happy horses & humans 🩵

I got the opportunity to work with this little c**t this week. He is a growing boy and is enjoying learning to relax & enjoy his sessions. Bodywork isn't just for retired or working horses it's for the young ones too!

I have placed the orders for the Topline gear, so be on the lookout for your orders here in the near future.

We've had nice weather, so lessons have been great this week, & the horses are happy to get back to work.

Happy Friday, friends,
We made it another week!

Now that the snow is leaving and spring is just around the corner, it's time to get your equine companions on the list for bodywork!
Competition season is on route, so let's get your horses feeling their best for the upcoming season!

It's also time to get the boys all cleaned up and ready, so don't forget to book your sheath cleanings this spring 🌱

I have a large list of swag that I will be putting in the permanent order for, so if you want Topline gear, please reach out. I'm putting in the official order this weekend.

I am doing a spring break camp on March 27th & 28th for the kids. Don't forget to save the date!

With all this, water lessons are postponed another week, but soon enough, we will get to ride in the arena, I can't wait!

Now that the snow has melted and Spring feels a lot more promising on the horizon, it's time to get back in the swing of things!

These will be awarded based on consistency, and will be handed out to those who run the closest to their personal best time of the Spring Series! Anyone, in any category is eligible to win! You just have to attend 2 races minimum and the winner is determined by running the closest to your own personal best time!

Happy Friday, friends,
It's been lots of work around the farm these last few weeks with the snow and ice in full swing.

As most of you know the winter with livestock can be one of the hardest times of the year, making sure everyone has water, breaking ice buckets, lots of hay and of course the poo soup thaw that is on route!

Keeping shod horses, feet picked, blanket checks, worrying about slips, trips & falls, and all the other wonderful things that come with this season.

Lessons have been postponed for the next while, in hopes the arena can thaw & our driveway slowly melts.

We managed most of the cold without the barn water freezing, so small victories ✌️

Spring is just around the corner, so everyone we keep moving forward!

Bodywork is still happening with some cancelations and rescheduling, but I am so thankful to be able to continue. Remember, motion is lotion!

I hope everyone enjoys their weekend.
