We would like to thank Dana Beam who brought to our attention about this springs cub that was roaming and with out his mom. A big thankyou goes out to conservation for granting us permission to safely trap him. Another big thank you to Angelica and her volunteer from Northern Lights Wildlife Shelter for picking him up from us this morning to transport him back to Smithers. Thankyou too the two homeowners for allowing us to set up our trap in their yard where he was frequenting and helping to monitor it. Thankyou David Besler for helping me with the trapping and transport after he was safely caught. This little guy will now have a chance to grow and then be released with other resident cubs when they are ready next year. ❤️

Today we had a very special little boy named Sequoia who recently celebrated his birthday and instead of receiving gifts for himself he collected donations for the animals at the shelter. He raised $320.00 as well some food. Such an amazing young man ❤️. Thankyou for your amazing gift.

Yesterday these 5 boys left us yesterday to our amazing rescue partner Cat Therapy and Rescue Society. This transport was made possible with the assistance of NARA and their volunteers who cordinated this transport along with cats they were transporting south. It truly takes a village ❤️
