As I head back to work for the new year, I wanted to express how grateful I am to you all. Your trust in me to look after your pets, lets me keep doing what I love and for that I couldn’t be happier! I would also like to thank everybody for sticking around while I was on and off work last year for medical reasons. I can’t wait to see you and your dogs for another year!

I wanted to take a moment to inform you of an upcoming change that will affect the pricing structure at Step-By-Step Grooming. Due to the rising costs of supplies, equipment, and operational expenses, it has been decided to adjust grooming prices accordingly.

Effective June 1st, there will be a modest increase in service fees. This adjustment will: allow me to maintain the high standards of care and service you've come to expect from Step-By-Step Grooming, ensure the well-being and comfort of your beloved pets during their grooming sessions, and allow me to continue to utilize high quality products and equipment.

I understand that any change in pricing may raise questions, and I would like to assure clients that this decision was not taken lightly. My commitment to providing exceptional care and grooming services remains steadfast, and I believe this adjustment is necessary to continue delivering the level of quality you and your pets deserve.
