The wonderful Step by Step Dog Grooming will be onsite offering nail trims by donation for the Kitimat Humane Society on Saturday June 13th from 11:00am-2:00pm. Can't wait to see everyone!

Appointment Policy Reminder for 2026

As we head into the new year, I wanted to take a moment to gently remind everyone of my appointment policies.
I completely understand that life happens sometimes, and I always appreciate early communication to any changes when possible. These policies help keep scheduling fair and allow me to continue providing the best care and service to all clients and their pups. 🐾

Please review the following:

• Missed Appointments
Missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.

• Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

• Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be accommodated and will be charged the full appointment fee.

• Rebooking Policy
Any outstanding fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments must be paid in full prior to rebooking.

Season’s greetings from my family to yours! As my schedule winds down for the year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect and thank each and every one of you, my amazing clients, for your support over the past year. Your trust in me to have your dogs looking and feeling their best truly means the world to me.
As I take time to rest and enjoy the holidays, I kindly ask that there be no phone calls during my time off. Messages are welcome, and I will respond to all inquiries after the holidays.
I’m so looking forward to seeing you and your pups again in 2026! Until then, take care through the holiday season and give your dogs an extra treat or two from me. 🎄🐾
