To celebrate our first week back into riding lessons, I want to make a tribute post to our Sweet Ella🦄. Her are some photos of her lesson kids this week 📸. She is always safe, always quiet, and so careful with her charges. I just love teaching beginners on her because I can tell her to do a “little trot” and she’ll give her rider the gentlest, slowest trot ever. She’s big enough to carry us heavy girlies, and gentle enough for the littlest kiddos. Plus she really understands the assignment! I won’t say she loves her job because, let’s be honest, her dream career would be Full Time Snack Tester🎂, but she at least puts up with us forcing her to exercise 🤣🤣🤣

Well our Big Boy had a Big Day! Today was Tonka’s gelding appointment. He’ll be getting lots of extra special care over the next few days while he heals up. Then onward to a life of being a contributing member of society (aka not biting people “just for fun”)!

Drunk woozy Tonka was pretty cute, even if a flying hoof did give me a big bruise as he was coming out of it.

Well, Father Marvin is blocking poor Mandy, but needless to say, we are having such a great time with our Bible Study on finances led by Lisa Boldt! This week is going to be about practical ways to deal with fear, and explaining credit ratings (what they are, how they work, and how to set yourself up for the future). Can't wait!
..we may need more seating! Does anyone have a couple of beanbag chairs they want to donate?

That's why we're thrilled to offer the 8-week study "Faith, Finances, and the Future" by Lisa Boldt. And Lisa herself is coming to lead it! This is going to be FULL of practical biblical wisdom and information on different types of bank accounts, "good" vs. "bad" debt, investing vs. saving, filing tax returns, and more.

-Who can come? Teens and young adults gr.10 and up, guys and gals welcome!
-When is it? Thursday nights from 7-9pm
-Where? 1975 Drummond Line. Keene (Peterborough)
