We are pondering the idea of going strictly to appointment only on weekends. This way everyone gets a private experience. What do you think?
Originally we planned on being open 5 days a week and closed on Sunday/Monday. After doing this for about 2 years, the till analytics told us that weekdays are not working, and I get that, who wants to battle rush hour after work, drive out to High River, then head home and acclimate fish? It would be like 8-9pm. So for the past year we have been doing weekends only, which is great, but then sometimes, everyone shows up at the same time and our store is small, so it gets crazy difficult to move around for both clients and myself. Some clients will actually leave before we can get a chance to help them. We want to ensure that everyone gets the same one on one treatment, and maybe this is the way?
All the important things in life we have appointments for, like doctor, dentist, chiropractor and so on. Maybe we can be in that same niche to serve our clients with 100% one on one service?
