This will be the last month we do 2 locations, we cannot continue due to people being unfair and dishonest as well as the supplies being split between 2 locations. We also won't be able to utilise gage parking lot during the summer events at gage park so this will be the last event there and next month we will be back to only Knights of Columbus. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our event is tomorrow, same time, same place!

We collect donations from stores and people of pet food, bedding, clothes, collars, leashes and other supplies. We coordinate an event run by our volunteers on the last sunday of every month. We hand it out to people who need it, so if you are low on funds or struggling and have pets, you dont have to choose do they eat or do I.
In the colder seasons we have coats and boots for dogs, we have small animal and bird stuff, we have wet and dry food and most times treats as well.

There's no registration currently we just ask people come and be respectful, line up patiently and we help everyone 1 at a time as we work through the line, you tell us what pets you have and if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies and what you need for them and we do our best to set you up with whatever we have available.

Bringing a wagon or push cart is always reccomended if you're walking or bussing.

We give you what we can so please dont ask for more than what we give you, please dont go to one of the other volunteers and pretend we didnt already give you some, we communicate and will not be misled 🤗

First come first serve, we will be doing both locations like we always do and you are only welcome to come to 1.

We only have so much and if we dont have it then we dont have it. We will give you what we can.

Pease remember we are volunteers and we are doing our best to help people.

Lastly, we have had many complaints about people butting line and cutting in front of people and we will not tolorate this, if we ask you to get in the line and you dont, you will be asked to leave, you are not entitled to the help we offer.

April showers bring May flowers so bring an umbrella everyone, just in case!

This Sunday we hope to see everyone's smiling faces!

Items are first come first serve and we have very limited supply of specific items such as cat litter and cat treats.

Chicken free dog food is something hugely requested, we will have it put aside for anyone that has a pet with chicken allergy. Chicken free is for pets with allergies to chicken not pets that prefer other protein foods.

Any special diet needs should be sent to us before the event so we can accommodate!

Please be patient with our volunteers, be respectful and dont cut the line 🥰

Dream Team is honored to announce its upcoming fundraiser, Hoppin' for a hauler! We are hosting an Easter Bunny Photoshoot just like we did our Santa pictures at Christmas!

Located at the same Pet Valu who hosted us for Christmas, we will be returning Easter weekend with our very own Bill Watson who is a professional photographer and the head of our IT and drone department.

For just $25 you can get pictures of you, your pets, your kids, whoever you want, with the Easter bunny on Saturday April 4th from 12-5 pm! Pre-book through our Calendly link or walk in and get it done the day of.

Our Outreach Program is in need of storage for our donations. We have discussed it and looked into all of our options and have deemed that our best resource would be a food truck, horse trailer or enclosed utility trailer, to store donations and be able to transport them to our outreach events efficiently monthly.
Profits from this fundraiser will go towards getting Dream Teams Outreach Program a "hauler" to most efficiently serve the community.

Dream Team Search Rescue and Recovery Inc wants to publicly say a huge thank you to some of our donors that have made what we do possible lately! We will be handing out pet food and supplies at two locations, see details of time date and location below!

PLEASE READ:
Any special dietary needs should be sent by message to Dream Team Outreach Program ahead of time so we can try to accommodate you and have it put aside. (Chicken free, grain free etc.)

Please be patient and courteous at these events, we volunteer our time, we don't get paid to collect sort and distribute donations.
Secondly, everyone is there to get help, so please wait your turn in line and don't just approach us and start interrupting while we are in the middle of helping others 🤗 We are doing our best!

Dream Team is honored to be featured in an article by Jon Wells of the Hamilton Spectator today. We would also like to thank Novel Vet in Burlington for helping us with low-cost vet care for these dogs. We can't forget our amazing Volunteers and Response Officers for their incredible work and of course all of you followers for your generosity of donations which made this all possible.
