🔍 What Is Cold Smoking?
Cold smoking is a process that exposes bones to smoke at low temperatures (usually below 90°F) without cooking them. This gives them a smoky flavor and helps preserve them.

⚠️ Potential Risks of Cold-Smoked Bones:
❌ Brittle Texture – While not cooked at high heat, the smoking process can still alter the bone’s structure, making it more prone to splintering.
